“I need to provide an equitable price for myself, for my time and my energy, both the hours that it's going to take for me to develop a product, but also the hours that it's going to take me to debrief and decompress.” - Miss Jai

“If we're trying to meet our maximum health potential, then we need to be more than just a number on a page. Organizations need to come to our community and show us that they're invested in our health and wellness.” - Miss Jai

“Part of elite care for myself would be engaging in such a way that allows me to move with ease in coming back to the health system and encourages me to take care of my health in ways that I feel supported and cared for.” - Miss Jai
